Shona Lepis

I’m the Co-Chair of the Communications Committee. I’m a wife, creative and mother, of two children. My son Hudson is in 1st grade in the Spanish Immersion program. My daughter Olive is currently in kindergarten and will be a future Chavez student. I’ve been in Portland for 13 years, and I’m originally from Mendocino, in Nothern California.

In my professional life, I’m passionate about branding, design, and communications; data-driven content marketer. I currently am the Co-Founder and marketing director at Vignette, The Employee Experience agency™. At Vignette’s I’m responsible for the marketing practice, covering everything from agency brand aesthetics to positioning, managing the agency’s web and social presence, content marketing/blog, and supports business development’s needs.

On a personal note, I’m a foodie and enjoy baking, design, good coffee. I’m proud and feel very lucky to be part of the diverse and dedicated César Chávez community.
