Cesar Chavez PTA meeting minutes April 7, 2021

Zoom Meeting

Attending: Tahni Holt, Veronica Arenas Marshall, Keiona R Connor, Betsy Bridge, Blake Goud, Leah Hinson

1. Keiona called the meeting to order at 5:53.
2. Meeting minutes approved from February.
3. New business: 
   1. Next month on 5/5/21 we will have a meeting to vote on co-president and secretary. Veronica Arenas Marshall, our current secretary is running for co-president, Leah Hinson is running for secretary. If anyone is interested in either of these positions or wants to be on the board in some other capacity, please let the PTA board members know. 
   2. Will also be voting on the budget for 2021-2022 school year. 
   3. Teacher grants – The PTA will offer $110 grants to teachers in the next few weeks. We have received several donations from companies throughout the year and that is where this money is coming from. 

4. Announcements:

a. Next meeting: 5/5/2021 at 5:30 – VOTE on Board positions and the budget.
